I've spent 15 years helping organizations figure out what to do with their data and more importantly, why it matters. That's meant working across child welfare agencies, healthcare policy shops, local governments, and PE-backed tech companies.

What ties it together: the work has always been about helping leaders make better decisions. The data is the tool. The decisions are the point.

I started M. Nalty Solutions to do that same work outside a single org, with more flexibility, and with clients whose missions I believe in. I work best with teams that are serious about using data well but haven't had the resources or structure to get there.
